You can set the default server to run the scheduled document.
There are three available options regarding the server group:
- Use the first available server: runs the document on the server with
the most resources free at the time of scheduling. This is the default
selection.
- Give preference to servers belonging to the selected group: runs the
document on servers in a particular server group. If no servers in the selected
server group are available, the document runs on the next available server.
- Only use servers belonging to the selected group: runs the document
only on servers in a particular server group. If no servers in the selected
server group are available, the document runs on the next available server.
As a best practice, if your deployment of the BI Platform uses federation and you want to run
the document at the site where it is located, check the Run at origin
site option.
